Two students of our Department, Viktória Bakos (MSc student, supervised by Dr. Péter Pongrácz and Rita Lenkei) and Zsófia Bognár (PhD student, supervised by Dr. Enikő Kubinyi) have been awarded the prestigious Kuffler Prize by the Stephen W. Kuffler Research Foundation (http://www.kuffler.org/en/tamogatottjaink.html). They were granted a scholarship in April 2022, while the Certificate has been awarded in October 2022. The aim of the foundation is to preserve values of medical and life sciences, the support of development, innovation, as well as scientific and educational excellence.
