In the 2019. December issue of the Forbes Magazine (Next/Portrait section) our most recognized colleague, Dr. Enikő Kubinyi has been interviewed. Enikő is lead researcher at the Ethology Department, ELTE, biologist, and ethologist. She has been awarded the Starting Grant from the European Research Committee to ground the Senior Family Dog Project. The main aim of her group is to study cognitive aging in dogs, establishing new methods to study the behavioural, genetic and neural markers of cognitive decline in dogs, as well as the development of a Canine Brain and Tissue Bank.
She joined the Family Dog Project in 1994, in her first MSc year. In her interview she talks about her scientific career, as well as some of her most surprising results.
